SACL Bylaws

Any member may vote upon attending 3 SACL meetings in any 12-month period. Each member in good standing, whether resident, property owner, or business representative, shall have only one vote. Voting shall be conducted and decisions made according to Parliamentary Procedure per Robert’s Rules of Order.
