You can call the hotline with any questions or concerns about Atlanta Recycling. 404.792.1212. 4 ways to submit a code violation to the City of Atlanta Bureau of Code Compliance

  1. Phone Contact the Bureau of Code Compliance at 404.330.6190, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15 am and 5:00 pm. to speak with a customer service representative. After normal business hours, all phone calls will be routed to our voice message system.
  2. Print and Fax this form (http://www.atlantaga.gov/government/planning/codescomplaintsprocess050306.aspx) and fax it to our office at 404.658.7084.
  3. Area Survey During an inspection of a specific property, Code Enforcement Officers may also conduct an area survey for additional code violations that exist on adjacent properties.
  4. Email/Web Submission – Complete this form to submit a code violation request or send an inquiry to the Bureau of Code Compliance at codesrequests@atlantaga.gov.
